"Le Ruisseau", 3-room chalet 74 m2 on 3 levels. Fully renovated in 2015, beautiful furnishings: small living room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and cable TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Top floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 150 cm with DVD. Small balcony 8 m2, north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

House/Residence

Les Clèves: Small chalet "Le Ruisseau", 3 storeys, renovated in 2015. Outside the resort, 1.2 km from the centre, 30 m from the skiing area, 20 m from the stream. Private: natural garden 500 m2. Bumpy, steep motor access to 50 m from the house, except in winter 150 m. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. 100 m steep footpath (40 steps) to the house. Parking space n 10 (in winter) at 150 m. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Tennis 1.2 km, skisport facilities 300 m, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées Tracouet 10 m. Hiking paths: Le bisse Vieux 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
