Non-alpine skiers are catered for by the provision of cross-country ski tracks, and a fantastic 11 kilometre toboggan from Kreuzboden to Saas-Grund.

When you are in the mood for a day or two away from the best slopes of Saas-Fee, you will find other winter activities on offer. The Allallin ice pavillion has been carved out of the perma ice and visitors can truly appreciate the majestic nature of a glacier. Feeblitz has an excellent toboggan which is lit up during the evening. If you happen to visit Saas_Fee, you can watch daredevil mountain bikers hurl themselves across the icy glaciers with astonishing speeds.

But if you would like to try something really different, you should head over to the “Adventure Forest”. This is the perfect location to find various obstacle courses, as well have a chance to take a summer toboggan run on the Feeblitz. A much loved activity by daredevils from all nations.

Dining out should not be missed out on, and the region is home to a very unique restaurant. If you would like to enjoy some of the best views, you should find your way to the revolving restaurant on the Mittelallalin glacier. The vistas which can be admired from the restaurant can only be described as breathtaking. Alpine gorge is another experience you should not miss out. Together with a mountain guide, you cross the gorge by the means of rope bridges and cables.
